We accept returns on select items for up to 30 days after the purchase date. You have the option of a refund or store credit. Final sale items are non refundable. Details are explained below.

We are a collaborate retail store. We have makers in our store who refurbish furniture and create one of a kind unique items with vintage items that can have unique markings, imperfections and weathered marks due to the age of the items. All sales on items that are created by our makers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Upon purchase customers will be notified so that they are aware that they are buying the item as is and cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for safe transportation of items. We are not held responsible for the damage that can occur on items during the transport. Due to the unique, one of a kind created pieces we are not able to replace a damaged item.

Apparel, Jewelry, Stationary, & Select Home Decor is eligible for returns if they have originals tags attached, original packing and do not look warn or used, along with original receipt and proof of purchase. Items purchased online are able to be returned in store.

To start a return please email ashwoodandlinen@gmail.com and give an explanation of item wanting to be returned. Once the email is received you will be given instructions on the returning of your items.
